Thank you all so much for your lovely encouraging comments. I am getting quite busy and am finding that i don't have a lot of time for both photography and maintaining this blog as much as i would like to so i probably won't be able to reply to each and every comment from now on but i promise i will eventually get around to visiting your blog! Happy snapping everybody!

@Charles: yeah it is quite a lovely place to explore. it is quite special too because this rainforest is found in a liitle pocket of land between two small mountain ranges and all around it the area is dry and barren farm land.

Yes, I hear the heat waves in Australia are horrible! I saw that Melbourne hit 43 degrees, hope you are all managing. This is a very nice shot, such a sense of height!

@Kingfish: Thanks Kingfish! yeah it has been quite bad and we are due for another heat wave starting tomorrow with around 47C forecast for where i live - ouch! but the worst part is that it is supposed to be super windy too which won't help the bushfire situation we currently have in our state! ahhhh all doom and gloom...... except the eating lots of icecream and lounging in the pool all day part! haha!

@Anita: Thanks Anita! it's funny that at the moment with all that is going on here that i have more than enough time to be on my blog because the smoke is too think outside to go 'normal' photographing and it is unsafe to travel anywhere. haha it is a bit bizarre!
