bushfire - 'angry' sky

Yet another fire image!!!

Taken on Monday while we had evacuated down to the suburbs. A new blaze broke out in the Dandenongs - a small mountain range in the suburbs - and the smoke from that mixed with the smoke from the fires up my way to create some beautiful sunset photo opportunities.

All still good here now but friday still looks to be quite bad fire weather so we will have to evacuate again. I am starting Uni tomorrow - YAY!!!! it's nice to have something else to focus on and do instead of just sitting around at home waiting for the fire to happen! haha.

Thank you all so much for your lovely encouraging comments. I am getting quite busy and am finding that i don't have a lot of time for both photography and maintaining this blog as much as i would like to so i probably won't be able to reply to each and every comment from now on but i promise i will eventually get around to visiting your blog!
